MEET THE FOUNDER
Kadir started Kompass Koffee because he kept seeing the same thing; specialty coffee was growing fast in Canada, but most people still felt like outsiders to it. Too much noise, not enough guidance, and almost no real connection to where the coffee actually came from.
The idea was simple: bring people closer to coffee. That means being honest about sourcing, making sure more of the value goes back to the farmers growing it, and building something that actually feels like a community rather than just a brand.
There’s a lot in the works from events to community projects, and more. But it all starts with the same thing it always has: finding a genuinely great coffee and making it accessible to everyone.
